Recommend for a short get away. Worth the money.

Stuff was very friendly. The pools were cool and almost always was able to get good spots. The theme parties was insane haha. Wasn’t expecting that. It was like Vegas and Miami had a kid. Bartenders are super chill and helpful

The food was OK. Not bad at all, sometimes even really good but mostly just OK. We tried all of the restaurants. Most room has no sea view at all. Not a big complaint but would love to see some of it from my room.

Overall I would recommend to others. Enjoyed our stay and staff was the best . Very clean!

Clean and staff was hospitable. Excellent staff!

Food could have been warmer in the buffet. Tv in room was not user friendly having to switch over every time to watch.

The staff were great, the hotel as average, the food was ok, the price was not worth it!

The property was fairly small so walking from our room to the beach and all the facilities was fairly quick. The room was fairly large and had all the amenities the website outlined. The pools were large and water warm. The buffet was good and very well stocked a couple of the evening restaurants were ok (Steak house was the best of them). The staff were excellent!

The noise at this hotel was unbelievable! We have stayed at many adult-only all inclusive hotels and this was by far the loudest due to hotel parties and drunk idiots. The hotel is situated immediately beside the RIU Sante Fe (hop a waist high fence at the pools and you have changed hotels) and they hold 4-5 massive parties there a week at night (9pm-2am). It seemed as though each pool at the hotel had their own type music playing. Some of the guests also decided to play their own music though portable speakers, very loud, for hours at a time (you could clearly hear their music 25 meters away) and the hotel staff never once asked them to turn it down or turn it off. This is of course the guest's ignorance and arrogance and not so much a problem of the hotel itself. If you are looking to party like your 22 this is the hotel for you. If you are looking for a hotel with a couple quieter spots to relax and unwind, go to another hotel cause you won't find them here.

Had a good time, would come again.

The check in process was smooth, the employees at the reception were very helpful. The food in the Promenade restauarant was held up to a standard, considered it was an all inclusive buffet, when comparing to other hotels we stayed before. Also the asian restaurant had decent asian food, we were pleasently surprised the hotel offered a la carte Mexican, Italian and Asian restaurants for dinner. I like the fact the hotel offered Elite packages which get you a bit more. Like special cabanas for elite members, a la carte breakfasts, all inclusive room service,… The coctail drinks at the bar are really nice and not al all watered down. The fact that you can use facilities in the Riu Santa Fe and at Riu Palace is a really nice touch.

The hotel could do a bit more about the hygiene. We realised that after we saw a number of guest using their own cups, which you can buy at the hotels souvenir shop. And i contracted a serious case of herpes. The cups had lipstick staines on them on a number of occasions and some even had tajin seasoning still on them. I found that unacceptable at an establishment like this. We also had an issue regarding payment for the laundry service. A gentlemand had called us later in the evening before check out telling us that we had pending payment and he could not specify what was it about, telling me i had to come down to the reception immediately. This was when me and my wife were already in bed. After arriving the lady at the reception told me that there was no rush and we could have completed the payment for the laundry at check out. I felt like the communication in that area would need some improving.

At 86 we did feel one of the oldest coupes but actually enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Nice room too

Breakfast versatile so can find something for everybody.....but getting some food hot was a small nuisance. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful Service outstanding

Awnings overhanging the deck were either missing or needed repair or needed replacement. People have quit smoking except in designated areas....good, bur Puffers with electric smokers were allowed in pools.

First day and last night were rough. The rest of our stay was enjoyable. Every staff member was great.

There will be a hard partying, meat-market element. However, I took my wife and 18 Y.O. daughter and we had a great time. Our last night there was an hour long drunken fight on our floor at 3:00 AM. I don’t think the hotel did anything about it. However, we had a great week and we would all like to go back.

They over-serve alcohol to the point of being reckless. I mentioned the 3:00 AM fight. A guy belly flopped off the pool bar in my daughter’s face at 4:00 PM. A drunk, heavy, sun burned man, who trying to woo an equally drunk woman, backed onto my lap in the pool.

Wonderful stay! Get up very early to get lounge chair of choice.

Great location, beautiful view, room location oceanfront, and buffet selections and location of restaurants.

The a/c didn't cool our room to desired temperature even after numerous attempts. Was at 23, then 23.5, then at 24 or 24.5 after last attempt. We spoke with others whose rooms were at 22. 21.5 to 23 fine.

The location is perfect with the best view! The staff was so kind and willingly to help with anything!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ocean views from poolside is awesome.

The food on the buffet became monotonous. You should think about changing the dishes and not incorporate dishes from the specialty restaurants on the buffet. Although, the drinks were included with the package the quality of drinks was subpar. If you provided middle tier alcohol it would take less drinks to reach inebreation versus numerous bottom shelf which were poorly made. It was the worst Pina coloda and espresso martini I ever drank.

Great hotel with superb food and nice rooms!

Buffet food on a very high level for such a big hotel. Spacious rooms. Helpful and very friendly staff. Good choice in close proximity to downtown Cabo.

The Queen beds are tiny As it is an AI hotel, the guests tend to be drunk already around 3pm which makes it a noisy place where it is hard to peacefully relax BUT: The beach offers beds and umbrellas where you can chill!

It is scenic location with beautiful views. My room was very comfortable.

Luxurious but could do better.

Luxurious resort. All inclusive/adults only. Relaxing pools and on the beach. Comfy bed.

Had to use dirt roads in order to get to the property. First night welcome amenities were plenty but then limited items are provided. Food quality was average. Although there are quite a few restaurants on the property, dinner options are very limited.

Relaxing and beautiful surroundings with the ocean a few steps away, eat when you want.

Being at an all inclusive made it easy to stay and relax. No need to tour and just enjoy the resort. The food selection was nice. The beach was nice too as well the other two resorts you can explore. We found the Rui Place family more quiet and therefore more relaxing.

The bathroom to the toilet was not clean from inside. Nasty stains. I left a note for housekeeping and they did clean it. But that experience leaves you with a seed oof doubt thereafter.
